Unileasys Course Distribution & Registration provides Moodle administrators with a structured system for distributing courses to specific schools, classes and student groups. It is designed for organizations that need more control than standard Moodle self-enrollment or manual enrollment provides.

Unileasys Course Distribution & Registration Pro provides a structured workflow: Enrollment Rules → Course Licenses → Verification Tokens → Student Enrollment.

Distribution workflow

Create your academic structure — School → Class → Academic Session.
Define eligibility — Create Enrollment Rules.
Allocate course access — Create a Course License and specify seats and validity.
Generate student codes — Generate Verification Tokens from the Course License.
Distribute the codes — Give codes to students or the school.
Students verify and enroll — Students verify and receive access according to the configured entitlement.

Commercial license

Unileasys Registration Pro uses a separate commercial plugin license. The commercial license is issued when the product is purchased.

License validity can be configured for products such as 1 Year, 2 Years or Lifetime.

The commercial Plugin License, Course License and Verification Token are separate layers.

Demo Edition

A restricted Demo Edition is available for evaluation. It allows administrators to experience the complete workflow with controlled limits on schools, classes, academic sessions, enrollment rules, Course Licenses, seats, verification tokens and verified users.
